The Hay Townhouses are owned by designer Kate L’Estrange. Kate grew up in London, she spent 4 years at Art school before settling in Hay-on-Wye in 2011. She lives locally with her family and works as a Project Manager & Interior Designer. She first bought The Tiny Townhouse in 2019. It was love at first sight!

After a lot of hard work and luck, we were able to buy The Little Townhouse next door. It’s lovely to be able to offer both properties as self catering cottages to people wanting to explore the local area, the Brecon Beacons, or the town.
